The merger will deliver a wider selection of products, services and technology to all customers. Both Hyde and Carolina Knife have enjoyed a long history of success and are ‘Made in the USA companies’. Both companies pride themselves on finding solutions to customer cutting problems and solving the customer issues with fast
delivery, high quality, and excellent technical support. Carolina Knife and Manufacturing specializes in the manufacturing and supplying of custom straight and circular cutting tool products to the global marketplace, with a key area of support in the Rubber, Textile, Paper, Pulp, Plastic, Aerospace and Tire markets. Hyde is extremely pleased to bring the strengths of Carolina Knife onto our team.
