Circular Knives and Blades – Circular knives and blades are used for everything from cutting fudge to trimming carpet to slicing hydraulic hoses. Our circular blades can be as small as two inches and as large as two feet in diameter. For thickness, we can do anything between .008” and .5”.
Straight Knives and Blades – Our straight blades can be used for creasing, cutting, perforating, scoring, slicing, slitting, and trimming. Like all of our blades and knives, we can add holes, notches, slots, tabs, and locating pins. Additionally, we can give your knife any edge design you desire including serrated, toothed, grooved, single bevel, and double bevel.
Hand Knives and Mill Knives – If you’re a craftsman, chances are very good that there’s a Hyde knife in your tool box. Since 1875, Hyde has been making high quality hand knives and mill knives. These are sold under our illustrious I.P. Hyde brand. While the blades have pretty much remained the same over the decades, many of the handles have adopted the latest principles in ergonomic technology.
Diamond Cores – Diamond core blades cut some of the toughest material around. That includes concrete, stone, and tile. Hyde doesn’t actually make diamond blades. We make the steel core that hold the diamond blades. In fact, we excel at the production of continuous rim steel and we use the best high grade tool steel. Bottom line, we make blades that are more than worthy to hold your diamonds.
Custom Products – Do you need a three-arm blade that looks like an airplane propeller? That’s no problem for Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions. After all, our company was built on making custom knives and blades. We have a huge range of steel types and we can craft your knife through blanking or laser cutting.
ProEdge Sharpeners – As great as we are at making blades, Hyde knives dull with use and that includes our spectacular circular blades. That’s why we offer the ProEdge re-sharpening system. This machine allows you to re-hone your circular blades on site. Can we say “less down time?” ProEdge is safe, simple, and best of all, economical.
